Bertold Theeuwes and Sara Beutels wrote an academic article with an analysis of the new dismissal rules.

Moreover, the recent judgment of the Supreme Court of July 7, 2011 that abolishes the difference between blue and white-collar workers as of July 7, 2013 is discussed. As a conclusion, the authors make some suggestions for a new dismissal framework that could be implemented.
