Brussels - May 2011: Lorenz has also contributed this year the Belgian chapter to the PLC Cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions Handbook examining major legal issues relating to M&A in Belgium, including an examination of current market activity, the regulation of recommended and hostile bids, pre-bid formalities including due diligence, stakebuilding and agreements, and post-bid considerations (including squeeze-out and de-listing procedures). Lorenz and its Head of Corporate/M&A are also endorsed in the Handbook as recognised M&A players on the Belgian legal market.
