Lorenz provides legal services on various issues of labour law in Central Asia, including, but not limited to:
- Consulting on conclusion of labour agreements, staff reduction and termination of labour relations;
- Drafting of employment agreements, terms of reference and other internal documents;
- Legal expertise of documents governing labour relations between an organization and employees; and
- Consulting regarding the procedure for obtaining of permit to employ foreign labour force and work permits in the Kyrgyz Republic.
