Professional Profile
Mr. Ismailov participated in the development of a large number of normative acts, including normative acts regulating business: on licensing, state registration of legal entities, economic associations and partnerships, insolvency. He was a member of the Working Group on development of the current Kyrgyz Civil Code formed by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Mr. Ismailov has a wide experience (6 years) in judicial resolution of commercial disputes and disputes arising between entrepreneurs and state bodies (tax, customs).
