Professional Profile
Mr. Aldashev assists corporations on corporate law matters, including cross-border investments, financing and energy projects. Mr. Aldashev also represents corporations and sovereign states in international dispute resolution procedures, including international arbitration panels.
Mr. Aldashev expertise includes M&A transactions, tax (including foreign planning), anti-monopoly and secured transactions. In addition, Niyaz also litigates in high profile arbitration proceedings in Europe and in the CIS.
Some transactions in which Mr. Aldashev has been involved, include:
- Advising on joint venture projects in the mining and oil refinery industry;
- Negotiating a commercial lease deal for a global aircraft manufacturer; and
- A large M&A project in the telecommunications sector.
