Direct Marketing Policies

Companies that use telemarketing and e-mail to deliver direct marketing messages to consumers are being seriously affected by new privacy laws, antispam efforts and consumer protection concerns.

We advise these companies in a pro-active manner on the data protection implications of direct marketing using direct e-mail, telemarketing, behavioural marketing, pre-recorded voice messages and Internet marketing.
