Execution Procedures

Litigation does not end with the case being pleaded before court. Once a positive judgment or ruling obtained, our litigation team will immediately try to obtain voluntary compliance thereof from the side of the sentenced party. In case of non compliance, we will immediately serve the judgment or ruling in question and start the execution procedure, whether in Belgium or abroad.

Using its network of offices and partner firms, Lorenz is able to take whatever action is necessary to recover claims in all EU Member States and in the most relevant jurisdictions worldwide.
