Lorenz regularly handles matters relating to the free movement of goods, services and capital, non-discrimination, as well as secondary EU legislation and regulatory laws. Our lawyers advise clients on legal issues related for example to packaging, labelling, environmental law, REACH, or food safety.

Our legal advice in the aforementioned areas of law is often embedded in the corporate compliance context, however not confined to it. We often represent our clients’ interests in the legislative procedures before the European Commission, Council and Parliament. We furthermore take legal action for our clients against national legislation that violates EU law.
