Abuse of Dominance
Lorenz advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to abuse of market dominance and related restrictive practices before the European Commission and European national competition authorities. These cases typically involve allegations of abusive practices such as predatory pricing, exploitative abuses, tying and bundling, discriminatory trading conditions, refusal to supply, access to essential facilities, rebate schemes, or patent and copyright misuses. We advise both complainants and defendants in such cases. We also advise our clients on how to structure commercial relationships with purchasers, distributors and suppliers in such a way as to ensure compliance with the competition laws.
