Lorenz Corporate/M&A Team contribute to and edit the ABA SIL International M&A and JV Committee’s 2009 Year-in-Review.
Steven De Schrijver and Jeroen Mues contributed the submission for Belgium in the American Bar Association’s (ABA) article, International M&A and Joint Ventures Committees’ 2009 Year-in-Review. Further, Mr. De Schrijver was a co-editor of the article, assisted by Katherine Hampton Woodcock. This is a yearly article that is issued by the ABA Section of International Law’s (SIL) International M&A and JV Committee. 2009’s Year-in-Review was a remarkable accomplishment, as the full text includes a thirty nation update of M&A and JV developments.
